OKLA Warranty & Service Manual 

Your OKLA Warranty & Service Manual (WSM) is provided with each bike. It contains essential information about: 

  • Safety precautions and usage guidelines 
  • Warranty terms and claim procedures 
  • Maintenance instructions and schedules 

Please read it carefully and keep it with your bike for future reference.
If the bike is sold or transferred, hand over this manual to the new owner. 

OKLA Warranty Policy 

OKLA Pakistan is committed to providing high-quality electric bikes and aftersales support.
If a technical defect arises due to a manufacturing fault, OKLA will resolve it under the terms and conditions mentioned below — provided the bike has been used and maintained according to OKLA’s guidelines. 

Warranty Coverage

⚠️ Warranty Limitations — Not Covered Under Warranty 

OKLA will not be responsible for any claims in the following cases: 

  1. Damage from water immersionpressure washing, or water ingress. 
  1. Overloading, racing, collisions, or negligence. 
  1. Use of unauthorized chargers, components, or accessories. 
  1. Repairs or tampering by non-authorized service centers. 
  1. Damage due to natural disasters (flood, fire, lightning, etc.). 

 

Battery Warranty – Not Applicable If: 

  • Transferred to another vehicle or equipment. 
  • Left fully discharged or improperly charged for long periods. 
  • Used beyond recommended temperature ranges. 
  • Used with unauthorized accessories or non-OKLA chargers. 
  • Casing is broken, forcibly opened, or short-circuited. 
  • Charging profile modified without authorization. 

 

Motor Warranty – Not Applicable If: 

  • Motor screws are missing or tampered. 
  • Water ingress or rust is found inside the motor. 
  • Axle, magnets, casing, or rim damaged by collision or overload. 
  • Wiring issues such as cut sleeves or pulled connectors. 
  • Unauthorized welding or modification near the motor assembly. 

 

Important Guidelines for Warranty Claims 

  • Only manufacturing defects are covered. 
  • Present original invoice and warranty booklet/certificate at the time of claim. 
  • All claims are subject to technical inspection by OKLA or its authorized staff. 
  • The company reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after evaluation.

OKLA Warranty Service Acquisition Process 

As an OKLA owner, you are responsible for proper care and maintenance to keep your bike in peak condition and maintain warranty eligibility. 

Customer Responsibilities: 

  1. Present the Warranty Booklet
    Always bring it to an authorized OKLA Service Center for maintenance or claims. 
  1. Follow Maintenance Guidelines
    Operate and service your bike according to the OKLA Manual and Service Schedule. 
  1. Maintain Service Records
    Keep accurate logs of: 
  • VIN / Chassis / Motor Number 
  • Service Center & Technician Name 
  • Mileage & Date of Service 
  • Description of Work Performed 

These records must be provided to the next owner if the bike is sold or transferred. 

 

How to Obtain Warranty Service 

If You Face Any Issue: 

Step 1: Discuss with your OKLA Authorized Dealership or Experience Center representative.
Most issues are resolved at this level. 

Step 2: If unresolved, contact OKLA CAC at 0310-4446552 with the following details: 

  • VIN / Chassis / Motor Number 
  • Current Odometer Reading 
  • Name of OKLA Dealership or Service Center 

Our representative will coordinate to ensure a prompt and satisfactory solution. 

Note: 

  1. Contact the OKLA Customer Assistance Center (CAC) during business hours. 
  1. OKLA will arrange service either: 
  • At your doorstep, or 
  • At the nearest authorized service center (depending on coverage). 

Warranty Services Include 

  • Free repairs or part replacement for eligible claims 
  • Labor cost for covered warranty jobs
