Shaamilkar
This MOU establishes a technology-driven collaboration focused on digitizing end-to-end manufacturing and fleet-management workflows. OKLA and Shaamilkar are jointly developing smart TFT speedometers, embedded IoT telematics modules, and connected vehicle interfaces that enable real-time performance monitoring, predictive diagnostics, and seamless integration across OKLA’s electric mobility ecosystem.
Nishat Group
Harnessing the huge industrial scale and energy infrastructure of the Nishat Group, this partnership examines the potential for the deployment of zero-emission solar-powered charging hubs in the expansive industrial areas. At the same time, the partnership strives to make internal plant transport activities more sustainable by introducing special OKLA EV vehicles in the manufacturing plants and sites of Nishat.
US Apparel & Textiles
This MOU is based on a joint commitment to achieving global environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards and creates a specific framework to decarbonize corporate transport. Both are developing a replicable model for sustainable manufacturing that is export-ready, which involves replacing fossil-fuel-powered internal logistics and worker transportation with the two-wheelers that power OKLA.
Gobi's Paint
OKLA and Gobi's Paint are partnering on the initiative for advanced materials, a research and development initiative for eco-friendly, ultra-durable, low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) liquid coatings and powder coatings. The advanced finishes are designed to withstand extreme local climate conditions, UV and thermal exposure to ensure the longevity of the vehicle body, which is designed to be a lightweight composite.
NESPAK (National Engineering Services Pakistan)
Pakistan's leading state-backed engineering consultancy, NESPAK, is working with OKLA to design the baseline civil and electrical plans needed for the country to adopt EVs. This joint venture is engaged in planning high-velocity charging stations along motorways, designing grid-tied charging stations and embedding an intelligent parking framework in contemporary city master plans to reduce the range anxiety of the users of electric vehicles.
Qadri Group
OKLA and the Qadri Group share their engineering talent to learn the structural metallurgy and component casting technologies for achieving autonomy in the manufacture of domestic products (“Made in Pakistan”). This is aimed at the localization of heavy-duty alloy frames, high-precision metal stamping and specialized mechanical dies needed for scaling up EV production lines locally.
CBL (Continental Biscuits Limited)
Our collaboration landscape with the CBL is changing the urban FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) distribution landscape. OKLA and CBL are working together to test modified electric cargo vehicles designed for the task at hand, specifically heavy urban delivery routes that are stop-and-go, and are finding that the transition to an electric fleet offers a huge savings opportunity over petrol.
Six-B Food Industries
The partnership has focused primarily on mid-tier commercial transit, and it conducts extensive performance audits to monitor the shift from traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to OKLA smart electric bikes. The partnership focuses on calculating fuel-to-electric cost conversions, running smart fleet software metrics and optimizing maintenance windows.
Goldsheff Nutraceuticals
This operational model connects the wellness industry to clean transportation to create optimized, low-emission delivery avenues for Goldsheff’s product lines. OKLA offers specialized, smart electric two-wheelers that simplify high-frequency, localized distributor networks to achieve a zero-carbon footprint and embrace strategic alliances.
